You will support senior leaders directly, help run Quarterly Updates (QUs) and Team meetings, keep operational work moving end-to-end, and bring a working understanding of compliance requirements to projects that touch regulated business units.\nAs a Compliance Project Manager, you will provide excellence by:\nProviding direct operational and administrative support to senior leaders (L4s), functioning as an extension of their workflow.\n\nOrganizing and driving Quarterly Updates (QUs), Team meetings, and other recurring leadership touchpoints.\n\nManaging day-to-day operational tasks with speed and accuracy, adapting quickly as priorities shift.\n\nTracking and documenting issues, tasks, and projects through to completion, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.\n\nAssisting in developing and implementing operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.\n\nItemizing, reviewing, and tracking tasks or projects to ensure ongoing updates and progress.
