You are proactive, consultative, and committed to driving client satisfaction and retention.\nWhat You'll Do:\nServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering trusted relationships with business leaders and decision-makers. \nPartner with internal teams (HR Business Partners, Payroll Specialists, Benefits Advisors, Compliance, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of all services. \nAct as a strategic advisor, understanding each client’s business objectives and aligning PEO services to support their growth and employee needs. \nConduct regular business reviews with clients to evaluate satisfaction, identify opportunities, and provide insights on HR and workforce trends. \nProactively identify and resolve client concerns or challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolution. \nSupport client renewals and retention strategies by showcasing the value of partnership and services. \nCollaborate with Sales and Implementation teams to ensure smooth transitions for new clients and set the stage for long-term success. \nEnsure client records, communications, and service requests are accurately maintained in internal systems. \nMonitor client satisfaction and advocate internally for service enhancements or escalations when needed. \nDeliver benefit presentations and client-facing materials with clarity and professionalism. \nMonitor account performance through dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools. \nStay current on ExtensisHR’s evolving service offerings to identify opportunities for enhanced client support. \nAI Utilization and Literacy:\nA key function of this role includes the effective use and understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to enhance productivity, decision-making, and overall performance. This position is expected to maintain awareness of emerging AI applications relevant to their responsibilities, apply AI tools ethically and effectively, and continuously develop their AI proficiency.\nWhat You Bring:\n1-3 years of experience in client services, account support, or administrative roles, with a strong preference for experience supporting employee benefits or benefits-related programs.\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nA collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.\nStrong attention to accuracy and detail. \nEffective analytical and critical thinking skills. \nExcellent organizational and time management skills. \nTeam player, results-focused, strong work ethic. \nAbility to be agile and flexible with assignments. \nGood communicator (writing and verbally) in formal and informal business settings. \nHigh ethical standards. \nPhysical Demands:\nAbility to sit or stand for extended periods while performing desk-related tasks. \nProlonged use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse, requiring repetitive motion. \nAbility to lift and carry office supplies or equipment up to 20 pounds. \nOccasional bending, reaching, and twisting to retrieve files or supplies. \nAbility to walk throughout the office, including moving between different departments or meeting rooms. \nAbility to communicate effectively in person and via phone or video conferencing. \nAbility to focus and maintain attention for long periods while working on various tasks. \nMust be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form. \nOccasional travel may be required. \nThe work environment is typically quiet and climate-controlled, with standard office equipment available. \nThis role may be performed in a hybrid or remote setting, depending on business needs and employee accommodation. \n\nWhat We Offer:\nPosition Salary:\n90k-120k\nAt ExtensisHR, we recognize there are many factors that influence your overall satisfaction both at work, and in your personal life.
