Your ultimate goals will be to partner with our Sales Team to drive world class product and service demonstrations that align with the business needs of our customers to drive sales productivity and closing ratio. You will also serve as a liaison between our Sales, Technology & Operational leadership teams, tasked with scoping and specifying the right solutions for the customer to ensure we are able to deliver customized technical specifications and ensure we meet the business needs of our client during their Implementation Stage.\nThe Solutions Consultant must have a strong desire to leverage their technical sales skills to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, and effectively demonstrate solutions that address the customer’s business needs in the sales process. This position is expected to maintain awareness of emerging AI applications relevant to their responsibilities, apply AI tools ethically and effectively, and continuously develop their AI proficiency.\nWhat You Bring:\nIndustry Understanding & Experience: Knowledge and experience working with clients and/or customers in the PEO, HR Outsourcing or Payroll industries is preferred, but not required.\nFour to five years of sales or sales engineering experience in a business-to-business environment is highly preferred\nExperience facilitating comprehensive customer demonstrations and delivering complex information in an easy-to-understand fashion\nThe Solutions Consultant will need to be comfortable discussing challenges and needs with C-Level executives at the customer level\nExperience in working with customers of all levels, and dynamic interpersonal skills\nEagerness to learn, and become a ‘power user’ of our internal and client-facing systems - a high level of curiosity will be critical for this role\nProfessional stature with self-confidence to lead and engage\nStrong project management skills with the ability to set and hold to critical deadlines\nProficient using SalesForce and the Microsoft Office Suite; specifically, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams\nExperience managing cases within a ticketing or case management system, with a strong understanding of SLA metrics\nAbility to work independently as well as in a team environment\nCommitment to excellence and high standards\nWhat We Offer:\nPosition Salary:\n90k-115k\nEffective 06/1/2025 NJ passed a Pay Transparency Law which requires NJ based hiring to include a compensation range on each job posting.
