Understanding this mindset will provide valuable context for how we operate and what we value in our team members.\nWhat This Role Is About:\nWe are hiring a Senior Accountant to join our centralized team. \nYour Main Responsibilities:\nPerforms, monitors, and/or manages the day-to-day accounting and month end close functions. Records financial transactions.\nPrepares, reviews, and distributes financial reports.\nPrepares reconciliations, roll forwards, and financial analysis.\nPrepares budgets, forecasts, trend analysis, and fluctuation commentary.\nComplies with internal controls.\nProvides financial reporting and analysis to internal and external business partners.\nIdentifies opportunities and implements process improvements.\nActs as Team Leader including mentoring new hires, leading projects, and resolving issues.
