You will be responsible for setting up, modifying and operating brewing kit up to 1,000L scale, and industrial downstream processing equipment such as centrifuges, spray dryers and filter presses, under the direction of our R&D manager.\nThe Candidate Profile\nYou will likely have experience operating industrial processing equipment in either brewing, food processing, or similar industries.\nYou'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities and being proactive in finding innovative ways to move projects forward. You'll see failure as a learning opportunity.\nYou have a passion for operational excellence and a desire to build and execute tasks to a high standard.
