Come join us and find out why so many of our employees recommend us as a great place to work.\nThe Corporate Recruiter role is responsible for end-to-end recruiting in partnership with hiring managers and stakeholders across the organization, supporting corporate hiring at our corporate office and nationwide. This recruiter independently manages a diverse requisition portfolio spanning entry-level, early-career, professional, and management-level roles, while delivering a strong candidate experience and consistently driving recruiting results.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nOwn full-cycle recruiting for entry-level through leadership-level corporate roles, from intake through offer.\nIndependently manages a high-volume requisition workload while maintaining candidate experience, hiring manager communication, and recruiting metrics.\nPartner with hiring leaders to understand talent needs, develop recruiting strategies, and provide proactive pipeline and market updates.\nActively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, cold calling, and other platforms.\nLeverage AI-powered recruiting tools and technology to improve searches, streamline workflows, and increase recruiting efficiency.\nConduct recruiter screens and initial calls to assess qualifications, interest, and fit.\nSupport employer branding through participation in career fairs and other recruiting events.\nSupport and manage projects, as needed\nPerform other related duties as assigned that support department and company goals\nQualifications\nBachelors Degree preferred\n2-6 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience for all levels of management including executive Competencies\nDevelop and manage recruiting programs including on-campus, internships, off-site efforts (i.e., job fairs, trade shows, etc.)\nMaintain and implement the hiring processes of internal candidates, minimizing administrative time and efforts while ensuring placement of high-quality candidates\nProvide creative sourcing plans to include traditional, networking and web-based strategies\nProactively identify areas for improvement\nEnsure that Extra Space Storage remains a great place to work through recruiting efforts\nThorough knowledge of and strong skills in a variety of computer applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat is required.\nAbility to learn new technology and adapt to a new environment\nStrong analytical, administration and problem-solving skills\nClearly communicate role expectations, compensation ranges, and company overview to candidates.\nIf you are a current Extra Space employee, please apply through Jobs Hub in Workday.\nWe are an equal opportunity employerand value diversity at our company.
