You’ll lead and develop District Team Leads, Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to deliver a world-class customer experience, keep every store safe and secure, and hit financial goals. You’ll be a front-line champion of our values: Excellence, Integrity, Innovation, Passion, and Teamwork.\nYour Impact\nLead Your Team\nHire and develop engaged store teams through coaching, performance management, development planning, and day-to-day operational support. \nLead district meetings and drive district and regional priorities.\nEmpower teams to solve problems and deliver exceptional service.\nReview performance with the Division Vice President. \nDrive Store Performance\nLead store excellence and execution through regular site visits and coaching.\nManage exceptions and use data to identify performance gaps and proactively resolve them.\nMaintain safety, compliance, and brand standards through audits and inspections.\nBuild winning district strategies tailored to each market. \nOwn the P&L\nOwn revenue growth and NOI performance across your district.\nManage rental rates, discounts, Customer Protection Plan, and other revenue streams.\nControl expenses for the highest ROI per store and review capital budgets.\nManage Product & Vendors\nOversee unit mix and optimize inventory to meet market demand.\nSupervise repairs, maintenance, and Extra Clean standards.\nBuild and manage strong vendor partnerships. \nLead purchasing, invoice approvals, and company auction processes. \nDeliver Exceptional Customer Experience\nSolicit customer feedback and resolve escalated issues swiftly.\nSupport legal matters per court orders and legal counsel.\nHow You Lead\nOur best District Managers lead with Empowerment, Accountability, and Calm.\nEmpowerment: Gives store leaders the tools and trust to own their stores.\nAccountability: Owns the district’s outcomes and holds self and team to clear standards.\nCalm: Steady under pressure.
