This role will coordinate event logistics, vendors, budgets, content, and stakeholders to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences.\nKey Responsibilities\nCorporate Events & EBC\nSupport the planning and execution of corporate events, customer engagements, and EBC programs.\nManage event timelines, calendars, agendas, and key deliverables.\nCoordinate with customers, speakers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.\nTrack event results, attendance, feedback, and other key metrics.\nBudget & Logistics\nTrack event budgets, expenses, purchase orders, invoices, and reconciliations.\nManage event logistics including F&B, transportation, signage, shipping, and venue requirements.\nEnsure vendors and internal partners meet agreed timelines, budgets, and deliverables.\nVendor Management\nSource and coordinate vendors, obtain quotes, and support negotiations.\nManage vendor relationships, timelines, and deliverables to ensure quality and timely execution.\nCompany Store\nManage day-to-day Company Store operations, including orders, billing, inventory, and tracking.\nCoordinate with vendors to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.\nEvent Content & Communications\nAssist with presentations, event communications, surveys, agendas, and promotional materials.\nSupport post-event communications and reporting to measure event effectiveness.\nQualifications\n1-3 years of experience in event management, event coordination, marketing, or a related field.\nExperience with corporate or customer events; technology industry experience is an asset.\nStrong organizational, project management, and attention-to-detail skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nComfortable working with budgets, invoices, and purchase orders.\nExperience with vendors and event logistics is an asset.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nCompensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of 65,000 - 90,000 USD. The posted range reflects the amount Extreme Networks reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role upon hire. This range is set using objective, gender-neutral criteria based on skills, experience, responsibility, and working conditions.
