We collaborate closely to ensure our brand is cohesive, engaging, and impactful across all touchpoints.\nResponsibilities\nThe Multimedia Project Management Intern helps coordinateand support the creation of digital artwork, includingadvertisements, infographics, presentation designs,video content, animations, visual effects, and other digital media.\nReporting into the Brand Team’s Creative Director, this role supports project planning, creative workflow coordination, timeline tracking, and communication between team members to help ensure projects are delivered on brief and on time. The intern will also have opportunities to learn current tools, trends, and best practices in multimedia production and digital art.\nOther key responsibilities include:\nAn eye for detail and a creative mind to develop original and innovative designs.\n\nInterpret project briefs, track project details, and help ensure creative assets meet the required specifications, timelines, and brand guidelines.\n\nSupport project management activities such as organizing tasks, updating schedules, preparing status notes, and helping the team manage deadlines.\n\nA good understanding of color theory, typography, and illustration and must be able to work with a range of digital art tools.\n\nMust also have the ability to work with a variety of file types, including vector graphics, raster graphics.\n\nRequirements\nPortfolio of digital media and traditional artwork\n\nExcellent skills in digital art software, including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, and PowerPoint\n\nNo previous professional experience required; interest in multimedia production, project coordination, or digital marketing is an asset\n\nAbility to stay organized, manage priorities, and help track deadlines\n\nExcellent visualization skills and excellent communication skills to collaborate with co-workers and clients\n\nLocation\nHybrid,Canada\nCompensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of 20-28hr CAD. The posted range reflects the amount Extreme Networks reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role upon hire.
