develop team members, build strong cross-functional partnerships, and drive alignment across stakeholders.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.\n\n8+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, or related disciplines.\n\nDemonstrated experience developing communication strategies and leading complex communication initiatives in a global organization.\n\nExperience partnering with executive and senior leaders on business-critical communications.\n\nExperience managing employee engagement programs, internal events, digital communications platforms, and external vendors.\n\nProven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously, exercise sound judgment, and drive work from strategy through execution.\n\nProven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.\n\nExceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.\n\nExperience leading and developing communications professionals.\n\nSuccess Measures\nEmployee understanding of key priorities and organizational updates.\n\nEffectiveness and adoption of internal communications platforms and channels.\n\nEngagement with communication, recognition, and employee programs.\n\nLeader and stakeholder satisfaction
