maintain complex Workato recipes, integrations, custom connectors, and automation workflows.\nDevelop integrations between enterprise applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, Snowflake, marketing platforms, and other SaaS applications.\nBuild reusable integration components, APIs, and services using Python.\nDesign end-to-end integration and automation architecture, including system interactions and data flows.\nDevelop AI/GenAI-powered automations using LLMs and enterprise data.\nBuild agentic workflows where AI agents can retrieve data, reason over information, and execute actions across enterprise applications.\nBuild and integrate solutions using MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI agents, APIs, and RAG architectures.\nDevelop RAG-based applications that combine enterprise data and knowledge sources with LLMs.\nWork with REST APIs, webhooks, event-driven integrations, queues, and asynchronous processing.\nDevelop Python utilities and services for data processing, API orchestration, AI integrations, and automation.\nImplement robust error handling, retry mechanisms, logging, monitoring, and integration observability.\nTroubleshoot complex integration, API, authentication, and data-flow issues.\nPartner with architects, developers, business analysts, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable automation solutions.\nEnsure integrations follow enterprise standards for security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.\nRequired Qualifications\n4+ years of strong hands-on Workato experience.\nExtensive experience developing:\nWorkato Recipes\nCustom Connectors\nAPI Platform/API Recipes\nWebhooks\nCallable Recipes\nError handling and monitoring\nComplex data transformations\nStrong hands-on programming experience with Python.\nStrong understanding of:\nREST APIs\nJSON\nOAuth\nWebhooks\nAPI authentication\nEvent-driven architecture\nData integration patterns\nExperience designing enterprise integration architecture and system-to-system data flows.\nExperience integrating multiple SaaS and enterprise applications.\nExperience with AI/GenAI and Large Language Models (LLMs).\nExperience with prompt engineering and AI-powered automation.\nUnderstanding or hands-on experience with:\nAI Agents\nAgentic workflows\nMCP\nRAG\nVector databases /
