ability to present program status, risks, and recommendations to VP/SVP-level leadership\nProgram governance experience - ability to establish program decision-making structures and executive steering committees\nStrong Jira experience including epics, features, defects, dashboards, queries, and program tracking\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and senior leadership\nDemonstrated ability to recognize when a program is at risk, determine underlying cause, establish action plan, and escalate appropriately\nRisk management experience -
