Are you?\nEXUS’ Financial Suite (EFS) Delivery Department is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Analyst to join a rapidly-growing team in a company that revolutionizes the way that credit risk is managed. As Business Analyst, you will be analyzing our clients’ requirements and will be actively participating in the delivery process of the state-of-the-art software solutions we provide.\nRole's Responsibilities\nAnalyze and understand client business requirements within collections management and portfolio segmentation, aligning them with organizational goals. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that drive business results. \nSupport clients during SIT and UAT phases, providing guidance, training, and documentation to ensure full system ownership.\nDeliver concrete business impact, translating product capabilities into measurable results. \nAdapt presentations to different client profiles-from executives to end users-highlighting the most relevant business benefits. \nRequirements\nUniversity Degree in Business, ICT or a related technical field (A Master’s degree will be considered a plus).\nAt least 5 years of relevant working experience in business analysis or software application consulting, specifically within the Banking or Finance industry \nProven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical/software specifications.
