  • Lead or participate in site coordination, construction, schedule, safety, quality, and issue-resolution meetings while maintaining clear communication with the Program Management team.
  • Monitor actual progress against approved schedules; verify reported quantities, installed work, milestones, and labor and equipment levels; and identify delays, constraints, critical-path impacts, and required recovery actions.
  • Review change requests, notices, time-and-material records, payment support, and potential cost or schedule exposures; provide field documentation and recommendations to project controls and commercial personnel.
  • Promote Exus safety expectations and monitor contractor compliance with safety, environmental, permit, and site requirements, recognizing that each contractor remains responsible for its personnel, work execution, and means and methods.
  • Coordinate inspections and monitor implementation of quality plans, test records, nonconformances, corrective actions, deficiencies, and punch-list completion.
  • Prepare accurate daily and weekly reports and maintain organized, contemporaneous records of activities, photographs, deliveries, inspections, issues, notices, decisions, risks, and significant communications.
  • Maintain working knowledge of applicable contracts, exhibits, scopes of work, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Request information and documentation required under applicable project agreements and promptly document deficiencies, delays, safety concerns, quality issues, and contractual noncompliance.
  • Support commissioning, energization, performance testing, turnover, closeout, as-built documentation, warranties, spare parts, training materials, demobilization, restoration, and final handoff to operations or the client.
  • Lead the timely resolution of field issues and escalate matters that require management, commercial, technical, or legal direction.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or comparable project systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an owner's-representative or program-management capacity.
  • Experience working with independent engineers, lenders' engineers, utilities, equipment suppliers, and authorities having jurisdiction.
