Analyze samples with developed (non-routine) method.\nBe aware of the most advanced techniques and establish new capabilities if necessary.\nREQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE\nMaster’s or Bachelor’s degree in polymer science, materials science, chemistry, or chemical engineering; Master’s degree preferred.\nFamiliar with the molding processes of thermosetting resins and composite materials. / Or familiar with analytical techniques, such as FTIR, GC/LC, MS…\nAt least 2 years of hands-on experience in composite molding processes (e.g., polydicyclopentadiene, epoxy resins, polyurethane, unsaturated resins). / Or experiences related to lubricants or troubleshooting by utilizing analytical tests or molecular characterization, or failure analysis of equipment parts are preferred. / Or experience in carbon, battery industry\nPassionate, team-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
