The SME will drive adoption of low-code analytics platforms, establish reusable frameworks, and ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and governed analytical solutions.\nThe role will partner closely with business, data engineering, IT, and vendor teams to incubate new analytics capabilities, lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, and upskill a growing community of Citizen Data Scientists.\nThe role will be based in Bengaluru, Whitefield and is a full-time office-based position.\nWhat you will do\nKey Responsibilities:\nEvaluating Business Processes: Identifying opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.\nDefine and implement enterprise standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for Citizen Data Science\nLead tooling strategy and platform adoption (e.g., Dataiku, Alteryx, Power Platform, AutoML tools)\nDrive and oversee POCs, pilots, and vendor incubation projects to evaluate and scale new capabilities\nDevelop reusable templates, workflows, and accelerators for low-code analytics\nEstablish model lifecycle practices (development, validation, deployment, monitoring) within low-code platforms\nTrain, mentor, and upskill Citizen Data Scientists across business units\nPartner with data engineering and IT to ensure integration, scalability, and compliance\nAct as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating use cases into actionable analytics solutions\nAbout You\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\nCore Technical Skills\nStrong experience with low-code/no-code data science platforms: (e.g. Dataiku, Alteryx, KNIME, Power Platform, or similar)\nFamiliarity with AutoML and model development concepts\nData preparation, transformation, and feature engineering\nUnderstanding of ML lifecycle (MLOps concepts in low-code context)\nSQL proficiency (required); Python/R (working knowledge preferred but not mandatory)\nData & Analytics Skills:\nPredictive modeling, forecasting, segmentation, and optimization\nData visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)\nData pipeline and workflow automation\nGovernance & Framework Design:\nExperience defining: Best practices, Reusable frameworks, Model governance standards\nRisk and compliance guardrails\nSoft / Leadership Skills:\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills\nAbility to train and enable non-technical users\nStrategic thinking with execution focus\nExcellent communication: translating complex analytics into business value\nPreferred Skills & Qualifications:\nExperience building or scaling a Citizen Data Science program or CoE\nPrior experience with enterprise data governance, model risk management, or regulated environments\nExposure to cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their ML/analytics services\nExperience integrating low-code solutions into production pipelines\nBackground in training, curriculum development, or community enablement\nKnowledge of MLOps, Responsible AI, and model monitoring practices\nConsulting or strategy experience in analytics transformation initiatives\nPandas and scikit-learn, XGBoost / LightGBM, PyTorch or TensorFlow for advanced use cases, Azure ML and Azure Databricks / Spark, MLOps\nBuild machine learning models in Python using popular machine learning libraries NumPy & scikit-learn\nBuild & train supervised machine learning models for prediction & binary classification tasks, including linear regression & logistic regression\nPython, scikit-learn (Classical ML), PyTorch, TensorFlow (Deep Neural networks) (Libraries inside the python), Databricks, and Spark\nHas personally developed a predictive model/advanced analytics model evaluation metrics like regression, timeseries, forecasting etc. \nStrong SQL experience, Power BI or equivalent visualization experience\nHas developed AI/ML solutions\nJob Group Capability\nData Science, Digital & Analytics\nFunctional Skills\nMachine Learning\nData Visualization\nData Architecture & Strategy\nApplied Software Engineering for Data\nData Integration\nData Modeling\nData Management\nAlternate Location:\nNothing herein is intended to override the corporate separateness of local entities.
