This role involves advanced penetration testing, adversary emulation, and collaboration with Blue Teams to strengthen security posture.\nWhat you will do\n Adversary Simulation & Penetration Testing:Plan and execute red team engagements simulating advanced persistent threats (APTs), phishing, lateral movement, and privilege escalation.\n• Conduct full exploitation across diverse environments including Active Directory, Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms.\n\nSecurity Assessment & Reporting:Perform detailed risk assessments and vulnerability analysis on enterprise systems, applications, and infrastructure.\nDocument findings and deliver technical and executive-level reports with actionable remediation strategies.\n\nTooling & Automation:Develop and customize tools to evade detection by AV, EDR, and other security technologies.\nScript automation for testing procedures using Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.\n\nCollaboration & Leadership:Lead small red teams and manage engagement delivery.\nWork closely with Blue Teams to improve detection and response capabilities.\n\nTraining & Advisory:Educate stakeholders on threat tactics and mitigation strategies.\nAdvise on technical and policy matters related to information security.\n\nAbout you\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.\n5+ years in offensive security, red teaming, or penetration testing.\nDemonstrated proficiency in penetration testing tools\nDeep understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, and threat actor TTPs.\n3+ years experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated security controls.\nDemonstrated proficiency with Python, Bash, PowerShell, C/C++, or Java.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nOne or more of the following certifications: OSCP, OSCE, OSWE, GPEN, GXPN, CEH, CRTP.\nAI Red Teaming experience\nYour benefits\nAn ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
