In this role, you will contribute to Management of Change (MOC), communication, cutover and training activities, helping ensure that new ways of working are effectively adopted across the organization.\nThis role will partner with different teams to prepare materials, organize activities, and support project execution. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, take ownership of deliverables, and develop strong communication and project coordination skills in a dynamic environment.\nThis role supports a global digital transformation program involving process standardization, system implementation, and organizational change across multiple business functions.\nTwo years contract position\nJob Role Responsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport management of change and organizational readiness activities for transformation initiatives.\nDevelop communication materials, presentations, newsletters, and stakeholder updates.\nAssist in cutover planning and execution to ensure smooth transition to new processes and systems.\nDocument business processes, procedures, and project deliverables.\nTrack project activities, action items, and milestones.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different regions and functions.\nGather feedback from users and stakeholders to support continuous improvement efforts.\nSupport project governance activities, meetings, and status reporting.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Development, or a related field\nExposure to change management or transformation projects through academic coursework, internships, or professional experience\nBasic understanding of process mapping and documentation methodologies\nDemonstrated curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt\nExperience\nEarly professional experience (up to 5 years) in project support, process improvement, operations, business transformation, or similar areas\nExperience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functions and global teams\nExperience preparing presentations, reports, or other business communication materials\nExposure to supporting projects in dynamic and evolving environments\nExperience contributing ideas and solutions to improve processes, communications, or team\nTechnical Skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively\nStrong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail\nAbility to work independently on assigned tasks while proactively seeking guidance when needed\nStrong problem-solving and analytical mindset\nProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel\nAbility to create structured, visually engaging presentations and communication materials\nCreative thinking and content development skills for effective messaging and stakeholder engagement\nAbility to document processes and maintain clear project documentation\nComfortable using collaboration tools and working in cross-functional, global environments\nFunctional Skills\nAlternate Location:\nNothing herein is intended to override the corporate separateness of local entities.
