It ensures system stability, supports business users, and drives continuous improvement in contract-related processes.\nLocation: Bengaluru, India\nWhat you will do\nProvide daily operational support for the DocuSign CLM platform, including user access management, configuration, and issue resolution.\nMaintain and optimize CLM workflows, templates, and document generation logic.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement configuration updates.\nMonitor system performance and proactively address issues to ensure platform reliability.Coordinate with IT and cybersecurity teams to manage integrations (e.g., SAP Ariba, O365, SSO, SAP CI) and ensure.\nhensive documentation, including configuration guides, workflow diagrams, and support runbooks.\nParticipate in blueprint packaging and deployment.\nSupport testing and validation during system upgrades and enhancements.\nAbout You\nSkills and Qualifications\nMinimum 2 years of experience supporting DocuSign CLM or similar contract lifecycle management platforms.\nStrong knowledge of CLM workflows, templates, and document generation processes.\nExperience in system administration, user management, and troubleshooting.\nFamiliarity with Salesforce integration and data flows.\nExcellent communication and documentation skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications\nDocuSign CLM Consultant Certification.\nExperience with DocuSign CLM API integrations and DocuSign AI.\nKnowledge of SSO, MFA, and clause library configurations.\nExposure to SAP CI or other middleware platforms.\nPMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification.\nAt least 2 years’ experience in CLM Docusign troubleshooting and implementation\nConfiguring and troubleshooting DocuSign workflows\nYour benefits\nAn ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
