Applications include both in-house and vendor supported applications (i.e. Entra ID infrastructure, SailPoint IdentityNow etc.).\nWhat you will do\nThe Entra ID Engineer will focus on managing and supporting the organization's Entra ID infrastructure. This role involves working closely with various teams to ensure secure and efficient identity and access management.\nJob Description:\nAdminister user accounts and access privileges in the Entra ID system.\nCollaborate with the IAM team to ensure proper access controls.\nHandle day-to-day tickets related to Entra ID in ServiceNow.\nTroubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Entra ID.\nParticipate in IAM projects and initiatives.\nWork with internal customers to understand access requirements.\nConduct IAM audits and review access control reports.\nProvide training to new users on Entra ID processes.\nUpdate and maintain process documentation.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nCreate and manage user IDs and groups in Entra ID.\nGrant and revoke access to privileged accounts and groups.\nManage encryption and decryption processes.\nHandle secure server access and troubleshoot related issues.\nOnboard and manage accounts in Entra ID.\nReport on identity and access management activities.\nCollaborate with the IAM team to resolve issues.\nParticipate in on-call rotations.\nMaintain process documentation.\nDesigning, implementing, and supporting the services associated with Entra ID and its integration with on premise Active Directory\nDesigning, implementing, and supporting the Tier 0 cloud environment (TESSA) and secure platforms that provide privileged access to it (via Microsoft Intune & Windows 10)\nDeveloping, supporting, and maintaining API automations to deploy cloud infrastructure & identities\nAbout you\nSkills and Qualifications\nMicrosoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) certification is a requirement\nMinimum 3 years of experience with Entra ID, Active Directory, SQL, PowerShell and Terraform\nCAP (Conditional access policy) knowledge and understanding of how CAPs work\nExperience for Entra ID tenants and identities, CAP, PIM, Entra Connect, GSA, and Intune\nStrong analytical and technical skills.\nSkills and interests in developing automation scripts.\nAbility to adapt to new environments and requirements.\nIncident and change management experience.\nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.\nInfrastructure related background (server engineering, networking, hardware, or similar).\nBachelor’s degree in engineering in Information technology or related discipline\nProject management experience.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nSelf-starter with the ability to work in a global virtual team.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nAbility to manage workload under time pressure and changing priorities.\nCustomer service focus.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMicrosoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300) certification\nKnowledge of identity and access management.\nExperience with high-security servers.\nStrong presentation and documentation skills\nCybersecurity knowledge\nYour benefits\nAn ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
