The position will keep up-to-date with assigned regulations and support ExxonMobil Advocacy staff to drive reasonable rulemaking and interpretations. Actual job role could vary based on experience and knowledge of candidate(s). The position is located at the supported site.\nWhat you will do\nAdvise on environmental and regulatory requirements and collaborate to implement cost-effective solutions\nExecute day-to-day Environment, Climate and Regulatory practices, programs, data management and reporting including OIMS; provide training and support to operations, including learnings from incidents\nSupport environmental business planning, permitting, and environmental impact assessment processes\nBuild and engage the network to effectively support compliance assurance systems\nIdentify non-conformances with key Environment, Climate and Regulatory practices and systems, and support implementation of corrective actions\nMonitor compliance with Environment, Climate and Regulatory standards\nAbout you\nDemonstrated knowledge of emissions calculations and methodology\nMinimum 3 years of relevant environmental experience\nDemonstrated knowledge of Federal & State environmental regulations\nDemonstrated knowledge of Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)\nPreferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities\nBachelor of Engineering (Chemical or Environmental preferred)\nDemonstrated leadership skills\nEffective communication skills\nOrganizational leadership skills\nStrong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Work, PowerPoint, etc.)\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nStrong detail orientation\nStrong business ethics\nYour benefits\nAn ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
