The International Trade Enablement (ITE) organization provides global trade compliance expertise across ExxonMobil’s business lines, supporting business operations, growth initiatives, and strategic projects.\nThis position is based in Buenos Aires (Docklands) and offers the opportunity to work with global stakeholders in a dynamic environment.\nWhat role will you play in our team\nAs an Export Operations Specialist, you will support and oversee operational activities related to export regulations and trade compliance requirements at a country and/or regional level. You will provide daily compliance guidance to the business, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and help ensure efficient and compliant export operations.\nKey responsibilities include:\nSupporting export compliance processes and operational activities.\nManaging broker relationships and monitoring performance.\nIdentifying compliance risks and improvement opportunities.\nCollaborating with cross-functional and global teams to support business objectives.\nParticipating in projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nAbout You\nBachelor’s degree in international Trade \nRelevant experience in Export Operations, Customs, Trade Compliance, or International Trade\nSupply Chain Experience and understanding of international logistics processes.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.\nHigh ethical standards and commitment to compliance.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or other regulated industries.\nExperience in a multinational corporation or global compliance organization.\nKnowledge of export controls, customs regulations, and trade compliance practices.\nAbility to influence and collaborate effectively through informal leadership.\nExperience managing customs brokers or external service providers.\nYour benefits\nAn ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
