This role supports the Facility Specific Training (FST) program through training delivery, competency verification, coaching, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nWhat you will do\nTraining Delivery\nImplement field training delivery plans aligned with OIMS System 5-1 and Training and Competency Upstream Best Practice.\nDeliver classroom and field-based training using the Facility Specific Training (FST) curriculum and approved equivalents.\nFacilitate Production Unit Overview, System Equipment & Process Knowledge, and other required competency-based learning programs.\nTrain employees on field walkthroughs, rounds and routine tasks, reverification tasks, and scheduled high-risk tasks as outlined in applicable UPBs.\nEnsure training materials, resources, and learning aids are current, accurate, and available for delivery.\nPromote learner engagement, participation, and understanding throughout training activities.\nCompetency Verification & Assessment\nConduct on-site verification of field personnel, including O&M disciplines.\nEvaluate employee competency through guided questioning, performance observations, and practical demonstrations.\nEnsure self-assessments are prepared and available for assignment.\nMaintain consistency, fairness, and integrity across all verification activities and assessment processes, based on the Training and Competency Upstream Best Practice.\nAdhere to the systems-based Facility Specific Training (FST) program and competency assurance requirements.\nAbout you\nSkills and Qualifications\nA minimum of 2 years' experience in a Craft, Operations, Safety, Health and Enviromental (SHE) or Training Facilitator role or equivalent combination of technical and workforce development experience\nYour benefits\nAn ExxonMobil career is one designed to last. Individual pay will be determined based on various factors, which may include skills, abilities, qualifications, work experience, and education. \nPension Plan: Enrollment is automatic and at no cost to you. The basic benefit is a monthly annuity to be paid to you in retirement for the rest of your life. \nSavings Plan: You can contribute between 6% and 20% of your pay and are encouraged to enroll right away.
