This role encompasses modern and legacy identity providers, authentication protocols, and account stores in both cloud and on-premise environments. It ensures that authentication systems are secure, performant, and highly available, while also providing education, guidance, and support for tools used to scan applications and identify vulnerabilities.\nWhat you will do\nYou will:\n- Assist on the design and develop strategies to enhance authentication and access management systems, privileged access management systems, or identity governance and administration platforms\n- Coordinate and manage low to mid level projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with security objectives\n- Analyze and interpret limited complexity data to inform decision-making and improve IAM processes\n- Collaborate with IAM, Cybersecurity, and Software Security teams to drive initiatives and achieve targets\n- Monitor and report on progress, providing insights and recommendations for system improvements\n- Implement and maintain best practices to optimize performance, security, and efficiency\n- Train new team members on authentication protocols and security procedures\n- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, focusing on limiting enterprise risk\nAbout you\nSkills and Qualifications:\n3+ years in the following:Cloud Security\nIdentity & Access Management\nTechnology Deployment & Integration\n\nYour benefits\nAn ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
