Working with experienced engineers, operations, maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors, you will gain hands-on exposure across the full asset lifecycle - from concept design and project execution to commissioning, start-up, operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement.\nThis role is designed to help early-career engineers build a strong professional foundation while contributing to safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.\nYou will gain real-world engineering experience on critical energy assets, learn from experienced instrumentation and control systems professionals, and contribute to safer, smarter, and more reliable operations.\nIf you are curious about automation, passionate about solving technical problems, and ready to grow your engineering career in a world-class energy company, we would like to hear from you.\nJob Role Responsibilities\nWhat You Will Do\nSupport instrumentation engineering activities across the asset lifecycle, including design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, start-up, operation, maintenance, and decommissioning.\nAssist in developing instrumentation design specifications and reviewing contractor or vendor technical deliverables.\nProvide technical support during testing, commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, and operational activities.\nSupport equipment reliability through failure analysis, bad actor elimination, maintenance optimization, and operating procedure improvements.\nApply existing and emerging technologies to improve reliability, availability, maintainability, efficiency, and asset performance.\nSupport instrumentation configuration, testing, performance monitoring, Management of Change activities, and technical documentation.\nParticipate in risk assessments, incident investigations, reliability programs, equipment strategy reviews, and risk-based maintenance activities.\nCollaborate with operations, maintenance, project teams, contractors, and vendors to deliver safe and effective engineering solutions.\nShare knowledge, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to continuous improvement across the organization.\nUphold Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental standards in all engineering and operational work.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nBachelor’s degree or above in:Electrical / Electronic Engineering;\nControl & Automation Engineering;\nInstrumentation & Control Systems;
