In this position, you will advise employees on a broad range of privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, AI governance, and information management matters. You will partner closely with HR, IT, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Procurement, and commercial teams to develop practical, business-focused solutions that manage legal risk while enabling innovation and growth.\nProvide day-to-day legal support for ExxonMobil business units, developing relationships with key business leaders to drive positive business results.\nConduct and coordinate research into a variety of legal issues, provide legal analysis and counsel in order to maintain compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies and to anticipate and mitigate legal risks and exposures for Exxon Mobil Corporation and its affiliates\nAssist in the preparation and presentation of materials in various settings, such as training sessions for clients on contracting, compliance and other legal issues\nWork closely with other teams within the ExxonMobil Law Department and other ExxonMobil functional groups (e.g., tax, regulatory, and finance functions).\nSupport commercial transactions and draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including goods and services contracts and represent ExxonMobil affiliates in dealings, including negotiations, with third parties such as governments, competitors, partners, suppliers and equipment manufacturers\nAbout you\nSkills and Qualifications\nLaw Degree\nLicensed to practice law in Argentina\nLLM from a U.S. University or Bar License in a U.S. jurisdiction is a plus\nExcellent oral and written communication skills in English\nA minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in English, providing quality business and corporate legal advice in a law firm or in-house legal department\nExperience with Data Privacy/Privacy regulations is desirable\nStrong interpersonal and communications skills\nReputation for high ethical standards and integrity\nStrong relationship building skills, self-confidence, flexibility, initiative and a strategic, pragmatic approach\nStrong analytical and research skills and
