Working with senior engineers, you will gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting, failure analysis, maintenance optimization, reliability improvement, technology application, and fleet data analysis.\nWhat You Will Do\nSupport daily machinery operations and help resolve equipment performance issues.\nMonitor rotating equipment condition, reliability, and performance trends.\nAssist in failure analysis, incident investigations, risk assessments, and reliability programs.\nSupport maintenance planning, shutdowns, turnarounds, start-ups, and commissioning activities.\nContribute to Management of Change activities, equipment modifications, and capital projects.\nAnalyze operational and maintenance data to identify reliability improvement opportunities.\nWork with senior engineers, suppliers, and technical communities to share knowledge and apply proven technologies.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nBachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Process Equipment Engineering, or equivalent.\n0-5 years of relevant experience;
