This role involves ensuring system stability, implementing best practices, and supporting business users with advanced technical solutions.\nWhat you will do\nKey Responsibilities:\nAdminister and maintain OpenText Content Server environments, including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.\nDevelop and configure workflows, metadata models, and security permissions.\nIntegrate Content Server with other enterprise systems and applications.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational needs.\nAbout you\n\nSkills and Qualifications\nBachelor’s or master’s degree from a recognized university in Computer/IT other relevant engineering disciplines\nMinimum 3-5 years working with OpenText Content Server (OTCS) in enterprise environments\nProven expertise in OpenText Content Server (OTCS) administration and configuration.\nStrong knowledge of Content Server architecture, Web Services, and REST APIs.\nExperience with OpenText Extended ECM, Brava, and Archive Center.\nProficiency in SQL, Windows Server, and basic scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, SAP, PowerShell, Terraform and AWS Containers).\nFamiliarity with document lifecycle management, metadata design, and security models.\nHands-on experience with system upgrades, migration projects, and performance optimization.\nTrack record of delivering custom configurations and workflow automation.\nPreferred Qualifications/ Experience\nFamiliarity with document lifecycle management, metadata design, and security models\nOpenText Extended ECM, Brava, and Archive Center\nExperience with system upgrades, migration projects, and performance optimization\nCustom configurations and workflow automation\nStrong collaboration and communication skills on cross-functional teams\nProblem-solving mindset with attention to detail and proactive approach\nAbility to document processes and share knowledge effectively\nCommitment to continuous learning and staying updated on OpenText technologies\nYour benefits\nAn ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
