This role is responsible for troubleshooting incidents, resolving service requests, supporting system enhancements, and collaborating with business users and technical teams to ensure stable and efficient SAP operations.\nJob Role Responsibilities\nMonitor and resolve SAP incidents, service requests, and work orders within SLA targets.\nTroubleshoot issues across SAP applications and business processes.\nSupport SAP integrations, interfaces, batch jobs, and third-party applications.\nAnalyze root causes and work with functional, technical, and vendor teams to implement fixes.\nParticipate in system upgrades, testing, enhancements, and change management activities.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation.\nDevelop and maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and user guides.\nProvide proactive communication regarding system issues, outages, and resolutions.\nQualifications & Skills\n3+ years of experience in SAP Application Support or a similar IT support role.\nExperience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.\nKnowledge of SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, or WM/EWM.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience working with global teams and end users.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL processes.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n3+ years of experience in SAP Application Support or a similar IT support role.\nExperience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.\nKnowledge of SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, or WM/EWM.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience working with global teams and end users.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL processes.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nTechnical Skills\nSAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA\nSAP business process support and incident management\nSQL for data analysis and troubleshooting\nSAP interfaces, IDocs, workflows, and batch jobs\nAzure fundamentals (Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions)\nKnowledge of SAP Fiori, ABAP concepts, and Power BI is a plus\nExperience with C#, ASP.NET, Java, PowerShell, or API integrations is an advantage\nPreferred: SAP certification and experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, or finance business processes.\nFunctional Skills\nAlternate Location:\nNothing herein is intended to override the corporate separateness of local entities.
