Qualifications\nM.S. or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or a related field.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply technical knowledge to practical challenges.\nTeam player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in multi-cultural teams.\nSelf-motivated, proactive,
