Our offices are located in Brazil, USA, Europe and Asia.\nWhat role you will play in our team\nWe are looking for a professional to join our global, distributed team who will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of foundational platform components within a large and complex SAP landscape, ensuring adherence to established standards while supporting mission-critical SAP systems.\nWhat you will do\nAs part of a global, distributed team, you will design, implement, and support the foundational platform components of a large and complex SAP landscape, ensuring adherence to established standards while helping maintain the stability, scalability, and reliability of mission-critical SAP systems.\nAbout you\nSkills and Qualifications:\nProvide Follow-the-Sun (FTS) incident management support for SAP systems, ensuring rapid service restoration.\nMaintain system integrity, availability, and operational controls across SAP RISE landscapes.\nCoordinate and execute cross-functional technical activities, including outages, upgrades, and infrastructure changes (DB, OS, HW).\nLead and support SAP Basis administration activities, including system builds, configurations, monitoring, and housekeeping.\nImplement and manage system monitoring, alerting, proactive health checks, and capacity monitoring (CPU, memory, disk, spool).\nPlan and execute system upgrades, enhancements, DR, and cyber recovery tests within SAP RISE.\nAnalyze and resolve performance and technical issues, including EarlyWatch findings and problem management.\nProduce and maintain SAP Basis standards and technical documentation.\nBuild and test Proof of Concept (PoC) systems following SAP RISE best practices.\nProvide stakeholder reporting, KPIs, and operational metrics.\nCollaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog management.\nDeliver on-call rotational support during off-hours and weekends as required.\nPreferred Qualifications/Experience:\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA Database administration.\n Experience with SAP NetWeaver ABAP and Java stacks (ECC, S/4HANA).\n Experience with SAP Solution Manager, Technical Monitoring, CALM.\nSAP RISE.\nSAP system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.\nOperating system and database-level support for SAP environments.\nScripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Shell scripting).\nStrong incident, problem, and change management experience.\nStrong experience with SAP Basis experience in enterprise-scale environments.\nYour Benefits\nAn ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
