The role requires expertise in 3D modeling, animation, motion graphics, visualization, and real-time rendering technologies to transform complex concepts into compelling visual experiences.\nResponsibilities:\n3D Asset Creation & Visualization\nCreate high-quality 3D models, environments, materials, and textures for a variety of business and client projects.\nProduce photorealistic and stylized visualizations for products, facilities, industrial environments, and architectural spaces.\nDevelop rendering outputs suitable for video, presentation, web, and interactive applications.\nAnimation & Motion Design\nCreate engaging 3D animations that communicate complex processes, workflows, scientific concepts, and business narratives.\nDevelop motion graphics and visual effects to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.\nProduce end-to-end animation deliverables from storyboard through final rendering.\nReal-Time & Immersive Experiences\nDevelop visual experiences using Unreal Engine and related real-time technologies.\nCreate interactive demonstrations, digital twin visualizations, simulations, and immersive environments.\nOptimize assets and scenes for real-time performance while maintaining visual quality.\nCollaboration & Project Delivery\nPartner with creative directors, designers, content developers, and stakeholders to interpret requirements and deliver innovative visual solutions.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quality standards and delivery timelines.\nEnsure outputs align with EY brand guidelines and creative standards.\nContribute ideas and recommendations on emerging visualization technologies and creative approaches.\nRequired Experience\n6-7 years of experience in 3D animation, visualization, motion graphics, digital content creation, or related fields.\nProven experience creating professional-quality 3D animations and visual content.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating expertise across modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, rendering, and visual storytelling.\nExperience working in corporate creative services, marketing, digital media, agency, consulting, or production environments.\nExposure to real-time visualization, digital twins, simulation platforms, or immersive technologies is preferred.\nTechnical Skills\nRequired\nBlender\nAutodesk Maya\nUnreal Engine 5\nAdobe After Effects\nAdobe Photoshop\nAdobe Substance Painter\n3D Modeling & Texturing\nLighting & Rendering\nMotion Graphics\nAnimation Production\nPreferred\nUnity 3D\nNVIDIA Omniverse\nAutoCAD\nPython scripting\nC# scripting\nUnreal Blueprints\nAR/VR visualization workflows\nEY Competencies\nCreative problem solving\nVisual storytelling\nAttention to detail\nCollaboration and teaming\nStakeholder management\nInnovation mindset\nStrong communication skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced global environment\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nAdvanced degree preferred, 7+ years professional experience in User Experience Design/ Product Design, or Visual Design.\nPast experience in consulting, CX Practice in a Fortune 500 firm, or agency in a media management or digital creative experience in a client facing role.\nCross-functional experience working with both internal and 3rd party development teams and project management experience working with both creative agencies, brands or in a consulting capacity.
