You will translate business requirements into end-to-end AI architectures and reusable architecture patterns, guiding initiatives from proof of concept (PoC) through production to scale. Your expertise will span Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), Agentic AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), Machine Learning, Data Engineering and cloud platforms, with a focus on scalability, resilience, security and Responsible AI.\nYour Key Responsibilities:\nDefine end-to-end enterprise AI architectures aligned with business strategy, enterprise architecture and technology innovation.\nDesign AI solution architectures spanning Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, Machine Learning, Data Engineering and cloud platforms.\nTranslate business requirements into architecture blueprints and reusable patterns covering APIs, integration, data flows and supporting infrastructure.\nGuide AI initiatives from proof of concept through production to scale, ensuring architectural consistency across the AI/LLM lifecycle.\nDesign scalable, resilient and secure AI architectures, including APIs, integration and supporting cloud infrastructure.\nDefine architectural requirements for MLOps/LLMOps, observability, evaluation, security and Responsible AI across the solution lifecycle.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects and cross-functional teams to align AI architecture decisions with business needs and guide solution delivery.\nOther cognate duties\nTo qualify, candidates must have:\nA related bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or any STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics)\nProven experience as an AI Architect, designing enterprise-grade AI solutions over the last five years.\nStrong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, Machine Learning, Data Engineering and cloud platforms.\nA proven track record of taking AI initiatives from proof of concept (PoC) to production and scale.\nA strong understanding of the AI/LLM lifecycle, MLOps/LLMOps, observability, security and Responsible AI.\nExperience designing scalable, resilient and secure AI architectures, including APIs, integration and supporting infrastructure.\nThe ability to translate business requirements into end-to-end AI architectures and reusable architecture patterns.\nThe ability to bridge business strategy, enterprise architecture and technology innovation.\nIdeally, you will also have\nExperience defining reusable AI architecture patterns for enterprise-wide adoption.\nExperience assessing AI technology choices and architectural trade-offs against business and operational requirements.\nA deep practical understanding of agent architectures, including ReAct and plan-and-execute patterns, tool calling, MCP (Model Context Protocol), context and memory management, and agent evaluation.\nExperience aligning AI architecture standards with enterprise governance, security and Responsible AI requirements.\nA strong understanding of LLMs, embeddings, fine-tuning versus RAG, and evaluation approaches to inform architectural decisions.\nKnowledge of SQL/NoSQL and vector database architectures, and their role in enterprise AI and data solutions.\nExperience with cloud architecture on AWS, Azure or GCP, including containerisation and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.\nGood to Have\nMulti-agent orchestration and inter-agent communication patterns (A2A, agent swarms)\nExposure to architecture patterns for model deployment and fine-tuning open-source models, including LoRA/QLoRA.\nUnderstanding of AI security concerns (prompt injection, data leakage, agent guardrails)\nContributions to reusable AI architecture patterns or open-source AI/agent architecture initiatives.\nWhat We Offer\nOpportunity to shape enterprise-grade AI architectures and guide AI initiatives from concept to production and scale.\nAn AI-native culture where modern technology and architecture-led innovation are embraced.\nWhat we look for\nWe are looking for an AI Architect who can connect business strategy with enterprise architecture and technology innovation.
