You will work as part of a team that designs, develops, tests, deploys and supports different types of solutions using Power Platform, RPA and other modern technologies. You will work with the most recognizable and influential players on the financial markets within the challenging projects.\nYour key responsibilities:\nAnalyse, define and propose automation solutions to internal and external clients\nLead efforts in terms of design, develop, test, and deployment of intelligent and agentic automation solutions using a range of Agentic Process Automation (APA) platforms, AI/ML services, and low-code/no-code development tools.\nCollaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify high-impact automation opportunities, and translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.\nAnalyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and re-engineer them for optimal automation using agentic approaches.\nIntegrate APA solutions with various enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and third-party services.\nDevelop and maintain conversational agents, AI-powered assistants, or autonomous task executors that enhance productivity and user experience.\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve deployed automations, ensuring their reliability and effectiveness.\nStay current with the latest advancements in APA, generative AI, LLMs, RPA, and related automation technologies\nSkills and attributes for success\nWe are looking for experienced individuals with RPA and/or Power Platform skills, ready to further develop their technical and consulting skills across a variety of business processes, who are able to work independently but also as a part of a team.\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\n4+ years of proven experience in developing and implementing automation solutions, with a strong understanding of Agentic Process Automation principles.\nIn-depth knowledge of one or more automation platforms (e.g., MS Power Platform, UiPath, or similar AI-driven automation tools) and a track record of successful implementation and roll-out.\nAbility to work closely with business and propose valid and efficient process improvement solutions\nExperience working with transformation and improvements in business processes through automation.\nExcellent ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical implementation plans and working solutions.\nDemonstrated ability to work independently, manage projects, and take initiative.\nProficiency in at least one relevant programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#).\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nExperience with .Net framework.\nExperience in frontend development (e.g., React, Angular) for creating user interfaces for automated solutions or dashboards.\nStrong experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data manipulation.\nPython or R experience, particularly for data science, machine learning, or advanced scripting tasks.\nFamiliarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and integrating generative AI capabilities into automation solutions.\nExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and their AI/ML or automation services.\nPrevious experience in developing and delivering technical training or leading technology adoption initiatives.\nKnowledge of API design and integration (REST, SOAP).\nWhat we look for\nWe love working with people who are passionate about their job and have great interpersonal skills, who are ready to face new professional challenges.
