The role will focus on developing intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, workflow orchestration, and autonomous execution across enterprise business processes.\nAs a technical lead, you will drive the architecture and delivery of production-grade Agentic AI platforms, integrating LLMs with enterprise systems, knowledge sources, APIs, and decision frameworks. You will mentor engineering teams, establish AI engineering best practices, and collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities for AI-driven automation and augmentation.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and implement enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions leveraging LLMs, tools, memory, reasoning frameworks, and autonomous workflows.\nArchitect Generative AI systems where to solve complex business problems.\nWork with other team members to implement and deploy AI Agents into production.\nMonitor and manage AI systems in production to ensure that they are meeting performance and reliability requirements.\nDevelop and implement best practices for building, deploying, and managing AI systems.\nStay up to date on the latest research and developments in AI and apply new knowledge to our work.\nCollaborate with other engineers, scientists, and product managers to develop and deliver innovative AI solutions.\nMentor and guide junior engineers\nQualifications:\nMaster's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in Machine Learning and generative AI.\n6+ years of experience in software development\nPreferred Skills and Experience:\nDeep understanding of Agentic AI patterns including reasoning, planning, reflection, memory, tool use, and multi-agent collaboration.\nExperience building autonomous AI agents using frameworks such as:Microsoft Agentic Framework\nAutoGen\nLangGraph\nSemantic Kernel\nCrewAI\nOpenAI Agents SDK\nMicrosoft Copilot Studio\n\nStrong experience with modern LLM ecosystems including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and open-source models.\nExperience with advanced RAG, GraphRAG, knowledge graphs, vector databases, and semantic search.\nExperience with Prompt Engineering and Machine Learning optimization\nExperience with deep learning models such as GANs, diffusion models, and transformers.\nExperience with Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing.\nExperience with Reinforcement Learning.\nExperience with distributed computing and scalable systems.\nExperience with
