You will work across service lines, talent, technology, and leadership teams to identify emerging capability needs, design scalable solutions, and translate complex AI concepts into meaningful learning experiences that drive measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, rapidly translating emerging opportunities into action, and continuously adapting learning strategies to keep pace with change.\nThis job posting relates to an existing vacancy within our organization.\nYour key responsibilities\nPartner with senior business, L&D, and technology leaders to define capability priorities that support EY Canada's AI transformation strategy.\nDevelop and execute a comprehensive AI learning roadmap aligned to evolving business priorities and emerging technology trends.\nIdentify opportunities to accelerate AI adoption through innovative learning experiences, performance support tools, and capability-building initiatives.\nLead the firmwide design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI learning programs, learning paths, campaigns, and experiences.\nTranslate emerging AI priorities into scalable learning solutions that drive behaviour change and business impact.\nCurate and integrate learning resources, programs, platforms, certifications, and thought leadership content to support a continuous learning culture.\nOversee the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic AI learning initiatives, ensuring delivery excellence and strong learning outcomes.\nCollaborate with subject matter experts, external vendors, and subject matter experts across the business to lead the development of high-quality, business-relevant content and experiences.\nInfluence senior stakeholders and navigate competing priorities to achieve program objectives and organizational goals.\nMonitor adoption trends, learner engagement, and business feedback to continuously evolve capability-building strategies.\nManage select program budgets, vendor relationships, and governance activities to ensure operational excellence.\nPartner with Brand Marketing Communications and leadership teams to develop effective engagement, activation, and reinforcement plans.\nA successful candidate for the AI Learning Associate Director role at EY Canada will possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and attributes that enable them to thrive in a fast-paced, transformative environment. Here’s what we’re looking for:\nSkills and attributes for success\nStrategic thinker with the ability to translate business priorities into innovative learning solutions.\nStrong understanding of emerging AI trends, technologies, and use cases, with the ability to assess implications for workforce capability development and organizational transformation.\nDemonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-changing environments, bringing an entrepreneurial, agency-oriented mindset that embraces experimentation, rapid iteration, continuous learning, and adaptation as technologies and business priorities evolve.\nStrong consulting and influencing skills, including experience working with executive stakeholders.\nDeep understanding of adult learning principles, capability development, and organizational change.\nStrong business acumen and curiosity regarding the impact of AI on workforce transformation and future skills.\nExperience using data to guide decision-making and measure program effectiveness.\nExceptional project leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to navigate ambiguity and drive progress through collaboration and influence.\nTo qualify for the role, you must have \n8+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, workforce transformation, change management, or related fields.\nExperience working with an LMS (preferably SuccessFactors) a plus.\nProficient in advanced capabilities in Excel (use of pivot tables and v-lookup) and PowerPoint. \nProficient in Zoom, MS Teams, Office 360 and SharePoint.\nDemonstrated proficiency using AI and AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot and similar solutions) to enhance personal effectiveness, accelerate content creation, synthesize information, support decision-making, and improve business outcomes.\nExperience applying AI to solve business problems, improve ways of working, or drive capability-building and adoption initiatives within an organization.\nBilingualism in English and French is an asset.\nWhat we offer\nWe offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business.
