You’ll define shared standards, coordinate best practices, and build the connective tissue that helps PMs thrive regardless of where they sit.\nYour key responsibilities\nPartner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain product management playbooks, standards, and guidance documents.\nFacilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals.\nSupport federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.\nCoordinate with service line PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories.\nBuild partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.\nCreate and manage onboarding materials for the PM community.\nDevelop and promote best practices, standards, and templates for core product management disciplines, including product strategy, roadmaps, PRDs, backlog management, and product lifecycle management.\nPartner with PMO/Scrum to support ongoing planning, capability development, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Product Management community.\nConduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities and inform strategic decisions.\nSupport Product Managers in defining and evolving product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, and driving product lifecycle management from ideation and discovery through delivery, adoption, and continuous enhancement.\nDevelop and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), business cases, and feature specifications to guide product delivery.\nOwn and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.\nDefine product success metrics and KPIs, leveraging customer feedback and data to continuously improve product outcomes.\nCollaborate with engineering, architecture, UX, and business teams to deliver high-quality, customer-centric products.\nSupport release planning, go-to-market readiness, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful product launches and adoption.\nSkills and attributes for success\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions and measure success. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership. \nAbility to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and drive alignment on product priorities. \nTo qualify you must have\n5+ years of product management work experience with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle. \nDemonstrated experience in a product management role, preferably with a focus on AI solutions or technology-driven products. \nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle, system design, and modern tech stacks (APIs, cloud platforms, data pipelines). \nFoundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products \nFamiliarity with agile methodologies and product management tools \nPassion for innovation and a deep understanding of market trends in AI and technology. \nIdeally, you'll also have\nExperience in AI/ML, LLMs, agentic strategies, SaaS, and product management tools such as ADO, JIRA, Trello, or similar systems. \nFamiliarity with product management frameworks (JTBD, RICE, OKRs, Lean, Agile, ShapeUp). \nWhat we offer you\nAt EY, we harness our collective strength to empower you to shape your future with confidence through professional growth, personal fulfillment and an inclusive culture. The base salary range for this job is: \nNew York City, Boston, and Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California offices - $122,900 to $204,900\nBay Area California offices - $128,100 to $213,400\nAll other offices locations in the US, including Sacramento - $102,500 to $187,900 \n\nIndividual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
