You will work in multi-disciplinary environment leveraging AI capabilities to provide real business impact for our clients.\nDefine target and reference architectures for AI solutions on Cloud (RAG, agentic workflows, orchestration, event-driven integration), aligning security, compliance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.\nLead solution design from discovery to HLD/LLD, selecting models (incl. open-source LLMs), vector stores, orchestration frameworks, and integration patterns with core banking/insurance systems.\nSet non-functional requirements (SLOs, performance, resiliency) and design observability across application, data, and model layers (telemetry, tracing, evaluation).\nEmbed Responsible AI and data protection by design (guardrails, red-teaming, privacy preserving patterns, data residency, encryption, keys and secrets).\nGuide delivery squads during implementation, conduct design reviews, mitigate technical risks, and ensure quality via CI/CD, automated testing and IaC.\nContribute to reusable accelerators, blueprints and assets; coach engineers and promote engineering excellence.\nSkills and attributes for success\nYou are a team-oriented person, highly collaborative, who sets personal goals aside to listen, learn, and engage thoughtfully with colleagues, always with an eye on achieving impactful results.\nYou are methodical yet creative problem solver, proactive in learning, seeking improvements and working cooperatively with your team.
