You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into practical, scalable AI solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. AI Agent Design & Development\nAssist in designing, building, and configuring AI agents using tools such as Copilot Studio and related platforms\nSupport development of agent logic, workflows, and human-in-the-loop escalation mechanisms\nContribute to prompt engineering, including managing context, memory, and tool interactions\n2. Integration & Automation\nSupport integration of AI solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Power Platform, APIs, databases)\nAssist in connecting AI agents to structured and unstructured data sources using retrieval-based methods (e.g., RAG)\nContribute to automation of workflows and business processes using AI solutions\n3. Testing, Optimization & Deployment\nParticipate in testing AI solutions using real-world scenarios and defined use cases\nSupport monitoring of performance (accuracy, reliability, adoption) and identify opportunities for improvement\nAssist in deploying and maintaining solutions in production environments\n4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Business Alignment\nWork with business users to understand requirements and identify automation opportunities\nTranslate business needs into functional workflows with guidance from senior team members\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (data, engineering, product) on project delivery \n5. Governance, Risk & Documentation\nEnsure solutions adhere to enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards\nDocument workflows, configurations, and user guides to support adoption and scalability\nSkills & Qualifications\nTechnical Capabilities\nBasic proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar programming languages\nFamiliarity with Generative AI / LLM tools (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio)\nFoundational understanding of APIs, data integration, and automation workflows\nAwareness of prompt engineering concepts and AI application design\nExposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse preferred)\nBasic understanding of RAG, vector databases, or AI orchestration frameworks is a plus\nBasic understanding of AI Agent concepts, is a plus\nBasic understanding of MCP, tool call/function call of LLM, is a plus\nBusiness & Analytical Skills\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities\nBasic understanding of how AI solutions support business processes and decision-making\nExposure to data analytics or BI tools (Power BI preferred) is advantageous\nSoft Skills\nGood communication and stakeholder engagement skills\nAbility to explain technical concepts in a clear, simple manner\nProactive, curious mindset with eagerness to learn emerging AI technologies\nStrong attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of tasks\nExperience & Education Requirements\n1-2 years of experience in AI, data, automation, or technology-related roles (including internships or academic projects)\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field\nHands-on project experience involving AI, automation, or data solutions is highly desirable\nSuccess Metrics\nQuality and accuracy of AI solutions developed\nContribution to successful delivery of AI use cases\nAdoption and usability of deployed solutions\nAbility to learn quickly and apply new AI tools and techniques effectively\nCollaboration effectiveness with stakeholders and team members\nEY is building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society and the planet, while building trust in capital markets.\nEnabled by data, AI and advanced technology, EY teams help clients shape the future with confidence and develop answers for the most pressing issues of today and tomorrow.\nEY teams work across a full spectrum of services in assurance, consulting, tax, strategy and transactions.
