Join EY and help to build a better working world.\nRole Overview\nProject Manager with strong PMO, product delivery and Agile expertise, along with hands-on experience with Jira will support the planning, execution, and governance of technology initiatives within the Americas Office of CTO (OCTO) - Product and Architecture Delivery (PAD) team.\nOne key initiative you will help support is AI-Native Development Environment (ANDE) and you will be responsible for driving ANDE/Agile ceremonies, maintain project governance, manage delivery plans, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting across multiple workstreams.\nKey Responsibilities:\nFacilitate ANDE/Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.\nManage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies in alignment with PMO standards.\nAdminister and maintain Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.\nTrack sprint progress, monitor delivery metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.\nSupport resource planning, governance activities, RAID management, and executive reporting.\nDrive continuous improvement of ANDE/Agile and project management processes.\nPartner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to refine and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and delivery objectives.\nCoordinate product roadmap planning to ensure alignment between product strategy and delivery execution.\nFacilitate backlog refinement sessions and ensure user stories are well-defined, estimated, and ready for development.\nTrack product delivery milestones, feature releases, and adoption metrics, providing visibility into progress and business outcomes.\nOperate in a “Flow Master” capacity (according to the ANDE framework) and support key roles across product, architecture, and engineering to ensure ANDE pilots are run effectively and on-time.\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.\nStrong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project governance.\nAdvanced proficiency with Jira & Confluence, including dashboards, reporting, and workflow management.\nExperience with PMO processes, project reporting, RAID management, governance, and stakeholder communications.\nExperience supporting product development and Agile product delivery.\nStrong understanding of product lifecycle management, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning.\nAbility to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.\nExperience collaborating with Product Owners, UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to successfully deliver customer-centric products and solutions.\nExcellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.\nScrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.\nExperience and interest working with AI tools, agents, products, etc.\nWhat we offer you\nAt EY, we harness our collective strength to empower you to shape your future with confidence through professional growth, personal fulfillment and an inclusive culture. The base salary range for this job is: \nNew York City, Boston, and Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California offices - $150,700 to $251,200\nBay Area California offices - $157,100 to $261,600\nAll other offices locations in the US, including Sacramento - $125,500 to $230,200\n\nIndividual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
