analysis to support business decision-making in EY’s Global C&I organization.\nThey will possess strong technical capabilities and demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and apply complex commercial responsibilities\nEnsure the timely and accurate delivery of assigned reports and analyses, keeping stakeholders and colleagues informed of progress and any potential issues.\nDemonstrate the confidence to ask the right questions to ensure outputs align with business requirements and stakeholder expectations.\nDevelop a broad understanding of EY’s reporting portfolio to provide effective cover and support when other team members are unavailable.\nReconcile data from multiple sources and investigate variances to ensure the consistency and accuracy of reporting outputs.\nStakeholder management\nAct as a trusted business advisor to finance and business stakeholders.\nDevelop a thorough understanding of business requirements instilling confidence in stakeholders through high-quality delivery and responsive support.\nPresent findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.\nManage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on priorities, timelines and deliverables.\nContinuous improvement\nSupport process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency, data quality, automation and stakeholder experience.\nDocument reporting processes and business logic for reporting assigned to you.\nSupport the development, testing and deployment of new reporting tools and technologies.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate processes.\nTechnical skill set\nDesign and develop SQL queries to extract, interrogate and analyse large datasets for reporting and analytical purposes.\nInterpret and troubleshoot complex SQL queries written by others.\nStrong experience developing and maintaining dashboards using Power BI.\nStrong Excel skills including complex formulas, data modelling, and automation.\nExperience working with large financial and operational datasets.\nUnderstanding of concepts such as Wins, Pipeline, Backlog, Revenue, Margin.\nSkills and attributes for success\nExcellent listening and communication skills.\nStrong curiosity and awareness of emerging business and technology trends.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent attention to detail.\nA proactive
