Our culture is built on openness and collaboration, fostering an environment where every team member is empowered to reach their full potential and contribute to meaningful outcomes.\nYou will be responsible for leading one of EY's strategic analytics products within the Global Analytics product portfolio. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing development priorities, driving adoption, and delivering meaningful business outcomes through analytics-driven decision support.\nYou will work alongside Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Engineers and Translators to ensure products continue to evolve in line with business priorities whilst maintaining high standards of quality, usability and trust.\nYour key responsibilities\nYou will support and collaborate closely with the Global Analytics leadership team and other product leads to define, deliver and evolve analytics products that support strategic decision-making across the firm.\nThis will involve key responsibilities such as:\nDeveloping and maintaining product strategy, vision and roadmaps\nTranslating business priorities into actionable product development plans\nDriving adoption and embedding products into core business processes\nIdentifying opportunities to increase product value and business impact\nEnsuring products remain aligned to changing stakeholder requirements\nSupporting the integration of analytics products into AI Agents\nAcross your product responsibilities you will be required to:\nUse agile best practices to effectively manage priorities, backlogs and delivery plans\nLead product stand-ups, backlog grooming and roadmap planning activities\nEnsure robust validation, testing and release management processes are followed\nBe a thought leader, proactively identifying opportunities to improve products and UX\nCommunicate developments stakeholders ranging from technical teams to senior leaders\nBuild strong relationships to gather requirements, influence priorities and increase adoption\nEnsure product development remains focused on measurable business outcomes\nAs a senior leader within the analytics product space, you will combine strong business acumen, technical understanding and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure products are trusted, adopted and delivering value across the organisation.\nYou will coach junior colleagues to enable them to carry out analysis for senior leaders. This may include managing of workload, quality assessment and evaluation, skill transfer and supervision, deliverable expectations and timeframes across multiple projects.\nTo qualify for the role, you must have:\nA strong track record of owning, leading or managing data-driven products\nExperience leading cross-functional delivery teams\nExcellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills\nThe ability to generate rapport and build trust with senior stakeholders\nStrong strategic thinking and planning skills and alignment to commercial outcomes\nExperience defining roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs and managing competing business priorities\nExperience gathering, challenging and translating requirements into product enhancements\nAdvanced SQL skills & Strong Power BI experience (data modelling & dashboard design)\nDemonstrated ability to influence without direct authority\nStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivery and continuous improvement\nIdeally, you’ll also have some of the following:\nPython experience for analytics, automation or product development\nKnowledge of AI, machine learning and emerging analytics technologies\nExperience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure or modern analytics platforms\nExperience embedding analytics into business planning and decision-making processes\nWhat working at EY offers\nEY is committed to being an inclusive employer and we are happy to consider flexible working arrangements.
