We develop outstanding leaders who team to deliver on our promises to all our stakeholders, and in so doing, play a critical role in building a better working world for our people, for our clients and for our communities.\nKey Responsibilities\nAs an Assistant Manager you will be conducting basic analyses required to support M&A transactions, including sell-side and buy-side engagements, as well as mergers and capital raises. You will be required to support business development efforts to win mandates for such transactions, and support the preparation of teasers, information memorandums, management presentations and similar documents, as well as offers and process documents.
