You will work closely with client leadership and internal stakeholders to convert complex portfolio data into actionable insights, strengthen executive reporting, and design and maintain bespoke digital tools that improve initiative and portfolio performance management. The role is expected to operate in a secondment-style environment and requires frequent travel, including extended periods at client locations.\nSkills and attributes for success\nLead the collection, validation, structuring, and analysis of portfolio, initiative, and performance data from multiple sources.\nDesign, code, implement, test, document, and maintain bespoke digital tools for initiative and portfolio performance management.\nDevelop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, or equivalent low-code platforms.\nTranslate business requirements into practical digital workflows, automated processes, data models, and user-friendly tools.\nDevelop executive-level dashboards, management reports, and leadership presentations that convert complex information into clear, actionable insights.\nDefine and maintain portfolio KPIs, reporting logic, data standards, and governance controls to improve the quality and consistency of management information.\nPerform trend, variance, scenario, and root-cause analysis to identify delivery risks, dependencies, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.\nEngage with initiative owners and stakeholders to clarify data requirements, resolve quality issues, and support timely reporting cycles.\nProvide guidance to users, maintain supporting documentation, and promote adoption of digital tools and reporting practices.\nSupport continuous improvement of portfolio governance, reporting processes, and Strategic Operations Office ways of working.\nWork effectively within a client environment and travel frequently, including for extended assignments, as required.\nTo qualify for the role, you must have:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.\nAt least 5 years of relevant experience in analytics, data management, digital enablement, portfolio reporting, transformation, consulting, or a related area.\nProven experience designing, coding, implementing, and maintaining bespoke digital tools using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, or an equivalent low-code platform.\nStrong experience in executive-level reporting and dashboarding, with the ability to convert complex data into concise leadership insights.\nStrong analytical capability, attention to detail, data-quality discipline, and structured problem-solving skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or comparable visualization tools is strongly preferred.\nAbility to gather requirements, manage stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced client environment.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nWillingness and ability to travel frequently and remain at client locations for extended periods.\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nExperience in utilities or another highly regulated sector.\nExperience supporting a Strategic Operations Office, transformation office, strategy office, PMO, or enterprise portfolio function.\nKnowledge of data governance, workflow automation, SQL, APIs, or broader Microsoft 365 integration capabilities.\nExperience working in consulting, professional services, or secondment-style client assignments.\nArabic language capability.\nWhat we look for\nHighly motivated individuals with strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing client environment.
