The candidate should be comfortable working in an unstructured and complex environment requiring practical problem-solving, logical reasoning, sound verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to make prompt yet well-informed decisions.\nThe opportunity\nThe Service Line Quality enablement teams play a crucial role in facilitating the Annual Quality Reviews. Our primary responsibilities include generating reports and aiding the analysis conducted by the Global Service Line Quality Leadership.\nThis is a great opportunity to be part of a leading firm while contributing to strengthening the quality framework of the firm.\nAssociates are expected to develop a range of skills and qualities that will help them contribute effectively to their teams and grow professionally.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Excellence:\nExecute the process tasks across all areas/regions effectively and efficiently.\nDevelop working knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, AI-enabled tools, SQL concepts, and advanced Excel to support reporting, data validation, dashboard review, workflow automation, analytics, and process improvement activities.\nShare knowledge and best practices with team members on digital tools, reporting capabilities, and automation solutions.\nParticipate actively in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas for continuous improvement.\nDeliver ad hoc process activities as assigned, ensuring quality and timeliness.\nManage process deadlines effectively to prevent client escalations by consistently delivering high-quality work on time.\nCollaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across regions.\nClient Management:\nUnderstanding the importance of delivering high-quality service to clients.\nAbility to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with clients and stakeholders across geographies.\nEngage with stakeholders to understand reporting, automation, and process improvement requirements, and assist in translating them into practical dashboards, reports, workflow automations, or digital solutions under guidance.\nSupport communication of dashboard insights, automation outputs, and technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner for clients and stakeholders.\nSkills and Attributes for Success\nExcellent written and oral communication skills.\nHighly responsive, task-driven, accountable, and curious.\nStrong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.\nAbility to perform a self-review of results before submission to project managers.\nDigital mindset with the ability to learn and apply relevant tools to improve efficiency, reporting quality, and process outcomes.\nInterest in continuous learning and applying technology-enabled approaches to simplify activities, strengthen quality, and support continuous improvement.\nStrong team player with the ability to foster teamwork among others.\nUpholds the highest standard of ethics, integrity, and values.\nHighly motivated with the capability to perform on multiple projects.\nEffective planning and organization skills to manage own workload.\nQualification Requirements\nMBA or a postgraduate degree in Engineering, Technology, Data/Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related discipline.\nRelevant professional experience of 1 to 2 years for candidates with a postgraduate qualification.\nHands-on exposure or project experience in reporting, dashboarding, automation, analytics, process improvement, or AI-enabled productivity tools will be preferred.\nExperience supporting process improvement or digital transformation initiatives will be an added advantage.\nExposure to handling international customers or client interactions.\nFamiliarity with audit processes and risk management is advantageous.\nTechnologies and Tools\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft 365 and related digital tools, including advanced Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, and AI-powered productivity tools, to support collaboration, data checks, reporting, dashboard review, workflow automation, and business insight generation.\nRelevant certifications or learning credentials in Power BI, Power Platform, AI Fundamentals, Data Analytics, or Microsoft 365 will be an added advantage.\nWhat We Offer:\nEY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
