experience lasts a lifetime.\nThe opportunity\nAs an Audit Manager / Senior Manager in EY Special Projects, you will lead offshore audit engagements from home, working in line with the time zones of the countries you support.\nYour key responsibilities\nIn this role, you will lead complex global audits end to end, driving quality, developing teams, managing resources, and building strong stakeholder relationships.\nSkills and attributes for success\nTo succeed in this role, you should have the attributes of a proven audit leader with strong IFRS and ISA expertise, experienced in complex group and listed-entity engagements, virtual team development, communication, and stakeholder management.\nQualifications and experience\nYou must be an Associate or Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ACA or FCA) or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of UK (ACCA or FCCA) with relevant post-qualification experience at Audit Manager / Senior Manager level.\nYou must have experience auditing diversified groups, listed entities or organizations with complex reporting structures in manufacturing, consumer products, agriculture, telecommunications, logistics, investment activities or insurance industry.\nPrevious experience supporting international or offshore audit engagements would be an added advantage.\nWhat working at EY offers\nExposure to
