The role requires expertise in Core Banking platforms, Digital Banking architecture, API-led integration, cloud-native solutions, enterprise architecture and banking modernization. The successful candidate will define end-to-end technology architecture, solution blueprints, integration frameworks, transformation roadmaps and modernization strategies for Retail, Corporate and Transaction Banking platforms.\nTechnical Architect - Digital Banking\nExperience: 9 to 15 Years\nYour Key Responsibilities\nArchitecture and Solution Leadership\nLead the architecture and design of Digital Banking and Core Banking modernization programs.\nDefine enterprise architecture standards, solution blueprints, technology roadmaps and target-state architectures.\nDrive architecture governance, design reviews and technical solution approvals across multiple workstreams.\nDesign scalable, resilient, secure and high-performance banking platforms aligned with business objectives.\nProvide architectural leadership for Digital Banking transformation, Open Banking, API Banking and Fintech integrations.\nCreate architecture artifacts, including Solution Architecture Documents (SAD), High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), integration and security architecture documents, data flow diagrams and deployment architecture diagrams.\nWork closely with Business Architects, Product Owners, Delivery Leaders, Infrastructure Teams, Security Teams and Enterprise Architects.\nDefine integration strategies across Core Banking, Digital Channels, CRM, Payment Systems, Treasury Platforms, Middleware and third-party ecosystems.\nGuide implementation teams on architecture standards and good practices.\nLead technology evaluation, platform selection and proof-of-concept activities.\nParticipate in customer workshops, architecture discussions, RFP responses, solution demonstrations and advisory engagements.\nEnsure alignment with regulatory, compliance, security and operational risk requirements.\nDrive architecture decisions for cloud migration and modernization initiatives.\nManager Responsibilities\nOwn architecture decision-making, optimize delivery processes and oversee resource management for assigned engagements.\nAllocate work, supervise and mentor solution architects, leads, developers and analysts, and ensure teams have the tools and support needed to deliver successfully.\nLead geographically distributed teams and coordinate delivery across business, product, engineering, infrastructure and security stakeholders.\nEngage effectively with CXOs, Business Heads, Product Owners and Enterprise Architects, and communicate architecture decisions with clarity.\nSkills and Attributes for Success\nTechnical Skills\nStrong experience in Banking Architecture and Digital Banking ecosystems, including enterprise-scale solution design.\nExperience defining architectural patterns and standards for banking transformation, platform modernization and legacy modernization initiatives.\nStrong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman and Banking Industry Architecture Network (BIAN).\nExperience with one or more Core Banking platforms: Finacle, Temenos T24, Oracle Flexcube, Mambu, FIS or Fiserv.\nStrong experience in API-led architecture, Digital Banking integrations and API Management platforms.\nStrong architecture experience in Cloud Transformation Programs, CI/CD and DevSecOps architecture.\nExperience designing enterprise data architecture for banking programs, including relational and NoSQL databases.\nStrong understanding of banking data models, transaction processing architecture and security standards.\nFunctional and Consulting Skills\nDeep understanding of banking processes and operating models.\nExcellent consulting, stakeholder management and architecture communication skills.\nStrong experience in business process transformation and target operating model design.\nAbility to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to challenge solution approaches and recommend strategic alternatives.\nExperience leading geographically distributed teams and mentoring architects, leads, developers and analysts.\nBanking Domain Experience\nExperience in one or more of the following areas:\nRetail Banking;
