With guidance from experienced team members, you will support research, project coordination, process analysis and the preparation of clear, high-quality deliverables.\nAs an intern, you will be fully integrated into the team and work alongside colleagues on ongoing assignments. Your responsibilities will be adapted to your experience and learning objectives. You will receive regular guidance and feedback while progressively taking ownership of defined tasks and deliverables. You will learn:\nHow strategic and operational transformation initiatives are structured and delivered within an organization.\nPractical PMO methods, project governance and stakeholder coordination.\nBusiness process mapping, analysis and continuous improvement techniques.\nHow to turn complex information into concise, decision-ready presentations and reports.\nResponsible and effective use of AI tools in a professional environment.\nYour key responsibilities\nBusiness analysis and transformation support\nConduct desk research, benchmarking and market studies to support the team’s analyses.\nCollect, structure and synthesise information from different sources.\nHelp prepare problem statements, options, recommendations, business cases and transformation roadmaps.\nSupport interviews, workshops and working sessions, including preparation, note-taking and synthesis of outcomes.\nPMO and project coordination\nHelp maintain project plans, action trackers, RAID logs and status dashboards.\nFollow up on agreed actions, deadlines and dependencies with support from the project team.\nContribute to the preparation of project meetings, steering committee materials and management updates.\nDocument decisions, meeting outcomes and next steps in a clear and structured manner.\nProcess improvement\nSupport the mapping and documentation of existing and target processes (AS-IS and TO-BE).\nHelp identify pain points, root causes and opportunities for simplification, standardisation or automation.\nContribute to the definition of process indicators, roles, controls and improvement actions.\nPrepare clear process documentation and visual materials for internal stakeholders.\nDigital and AI-enabled ways of working\nUse generative AI and digital tools to support research, synthesis, documentation and presentation preparation.\nExplore practical ideas to improve team efficiency through templates, automation and AI-assisted workflows.\nCritically review outputs, verify information and apply sound judgement before using AI-generated content.\nRespect applicable confidentiality, data protection and information-security requirements.\nSkills & attributes for success\nCurrently completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, management, economics, engineering, information systems or a related field.\nStrong analytical and organisational skills, with an interest in strategy, transformation, project management or process improvement.\nAbility to structure information, pay attention to detail and communicate clearly.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.\nProactive, curious and collaborative mindset, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.\nFluency in French and English.
