Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.\nDiscipline: BMC-Technology Enablement\nRole Type: UX UAT tester\nThe opportunity\nWe are looking for passionate professionals who will be responsible for user acceptance testing of various Marketing technology products used within BMC\nYour key responsibilities\nSupport the UX UAT lead and contribute to the overall validation of usability and user experience deliverables.\nExecute UAT activities with emphasis on design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness, ensuring products meet both functional and UX standards.\nTest end-to-end user journeys across all major desktops, tablets, and mobile browsers, validating layout, navigation, and interaction patterns.\nLog defects and issues related to usability, accessibility, design or branding fidelity, escalating them to the UAT lead for resolution tracking.\nContribute to the development, enforcement, and adherence of UX testing standards and procedures.\nAssist in creating and executing UX-focused test scripts and scenarios, covering different interaction flows and breakpoints.\nCoordinate defect tracking, resolution, and retesting with attention to UX impact and user journey continuity.\nSupport the preparation of UAT UX deliverables (e.g., usability observations, step-by-step guides)\nSkills and attributes for success\nWorking knowledge of Enterprise CMS (AEM - Adobe Manager Suit, Wordpress or other related CMS) Troubleshoot issues and support development of solutions by analysing test results and presenting findings.\nExperience of end-to-end marketing technology platforms i.e. email marketing, web publishing, social media management, video hosting, automation processes, mobile operating systems.\nShould be comfortable in a global and virtual teaming environment, should be excellent in both written and verbal communication with stakeholders across geography. (Clients are from UK)\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\n2+ years of UX UAT experience\nWorking experience of AEM (Preferred but not essential)\nAble to demonstrate experience in UX validation, QA and/or UAT processes, methodologies and tools.\nExperience in writing and executing test cases and scripts\nAbility to interpret wireframes, design specifications, and functional requirements to validate design fidelity.\nFamiliarity with mobile operating systems, browsers, and responsive design testing.\nFluency with MS Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.\nBackground in digital design or exposure to design workflows, with a good “design eye” to spot inconsistencies in layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.\nEnthusiasm to learn new things in a fast-moving environment.\nProven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize work to meet aggressive deadlines, and deliver high quality output through attention to detail.\nComfortable in a global and virtual cross-teaming environment\nStrong verbal communication\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nAbility to think strategically/end-to-end with result-oriented mindset\nAbility to build rapport within the firm and win the trust of the clients\nTechnologies and Tools\nContent management system (AEM, Wordpress etc)\nMarketing automation platforms (Marketo, Sprinklr, Hubspot etc) - Optional\nMS Office tools (Word, Excel, IE); web/production technologies such as HTML, XML, JavaScript, and CSS\nWhat we look for\nA professional who has technical experience and enthusiasm to learn new things in this fast-moving environment\nSelf-motivated individual who strives to learn new technology and help improve the existing standard testing process\nProfessional who is willing to work with cross functional team to work with Product managers and EY IT team\nWhat we offer\nEY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
