In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption, integration, and lifecycle management of enterprise technologies (especially ey.com). You will collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless planning, onboarding, documentation, and optimization of technology platforms and tools.\nYour key responsibilities\nProject & Program Management: Support the planning and execution of BMC technology initiatives (ey.com) using agile and waterfall methodologies. Ensure timely delivery of milestones across the tech stack.\nBuild and maintain strong partnerships with onshore and offshore technology teams, product owners, and business leaders.\nProvide strategic consultation on the design, deployment, and evaluation of technology solutions that meet business needs and enhance user experience.\nLead cost estimation, budgeting, and financial tracking for technology projects, ensuring alignment with ROI and value delivery.\nFacilitate negotiations with technology vendors and service providers to optimize contracts, licensing, and platform capabilities.\nAddress and resolve technical and operational conflicts that impact project goals, timelines, or stakeholder alignment.\nDrive the implementation of emerging technologies and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and business scalability.\nCollaborate with leadership to identify risks, assess technology performance, and recommend improvements to maximize business impact.\nManage change initiatives across complex organizational structures, balancing agility with governance and impact analysis.\nSkills and attributes for success\nExceptional communication skills - both written and verbal\nDemonstrated ability to successfully resolve situations that are broadly defined complex, diverse & occasionally, unprecedented\nDemonstrate strong organizational skills and structured thinking abilities\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nMinimum 10+ years of corporate experience.
